    Hello. I upgraded my os to 10.3.2 yesterday and it got stolen last night as well. I have flagged the phone as stolen, but the anti theft shows as unavailable. What does this mean please? Will the thief still be able to use the phone if it comes on? is the stolen device completely useless after the wipe?

    That most likely means that the device has been turned off or doesn't have an Internet connection anymore. Don't know if it's been wiped already.

    Good news is that he cannot use the phone after the wipe, because 10.3.2 introduced anti theft, where the password of the last used BlackBerry ID has to be entered to be able to actually use the wiped phone again.

    Be sure to call your carrier to zap your SIM, unless you had a password on it.
