    I updated my Q10 to 10.3.1 yesterday
    But the amazon appstore services aren't working since then !

    There have been two Amazon Appstore updates for me since 10.3.1 (came out for all phones) - suggest you do a hard reset - and then check for new apps.....

    You might then have to wait 12-24 hours for the Amazon App Store update to come through - it wasn't immediate for me.
