    1. Flash is missing
    2. Volumen in general is crap, multimedia sound on my z30 was beautiful with this update destroyed, equalizer rather than improve it worse audio
    3. Short wifi range. WTF they do that?
    4. When I'm in browser and listen to music the song is cut over and over and over and over again, is irritating
    5. Operating system change for the better in appearance but in overall functioning worsened, lag everywhere

10.2.1 system is better even 10.3.0

Sorry you find so much wrong. Flash is not missed for me. None off the other issues arose on my Z30. All is well so far. Maybe a new install will work better for you.

Some people enjoyed the 80's too but you don't see many people running around in big hair and parachute pants, do ya?

Take a deep breath and let's see if we can help you solve this issues.
Flash is dead. Never coming back and not needed.
Volume is a bit low for some people. If your notifications are low there is a fix for that. I will tell you if you are interested.
I use my browser and play music and nothing cuts out.
How long have you had the upgrade? Have you reboot several times? I mean like 3 or 4?
How did you DO the upgrade?
Let's see if we can help you.

I hear ya OP. Been on the 10.3.1 leak since December. Thought the official update would solve a lot of the issues I've experienced. But no.

Is it possible to roll back my OS to 10.2?

Issue 4. Could have something to do with Issue 3. I do not know what has changed with the wireless radio drivers.. perhaps someone has a workaround.

    I cheat.
I find all the notifications that I use on the phone. I download them to my PC. I use a free program called Audacity and I adjust the volume on them...including my ringtone.
Then I put them back in the folder where they belong.
    Problem solved.

Wow, I installed the 10.3.1.1154 leak back in December. Used it for 2 weeks, then had to return my device for a hardware problem. The replacement came with 10.2.1 and I could not stand it. The text editing is much better, keyboard better, number of apps on each page is greater, ability to access settings with an app rather than going to home first, app icon appearance is much better, Android app compatability is better and snappier I have not experienced a problem with WiFi range nor have I had any complaints. Battery life is great. What am I missing? I know the calender sucks. But the trade off is not even close. Even with flash, I get what I need with Browser 10 from bbworld.

Solved until BlackBerry fix the issue and then your left with damaged hearing?

Do the people with notification sound issues like myself also have Power Tools installed?

Your missing all the issues people are experiencing, without those everybody would be singing and dancing about how great their BlackBerry is.

There is a bug thread that some kind chap is trying to keep updated.

Many users seem to have also experienced issues in the upgrade itself which has resulted in lost data, it's very easy to criticise them for not backing up but automatic updates do not give them a chance to do so at the right moment in time. BlackBerry could easily add a function to prevent the continuation of the update until a backup has been performed.

How can you compare parachute pants to being able to view half of the internet?

Flash is dead. Never coming back and not needed.
Flash is not even remotely close to being dead. It's used on a lot of websites, mostly for video, and for very good reasons. Thus, it IS needed to see those videos.

Why not just let people continue to be able to see those same web sites and videos that they were able to see yesterday?

No! I've got this bug since the first 10.3 leaks and they never repaired it...:/I've got a ton more bugs on 4x Q10s, Z30 and Q5...and @jaydee- I have done 1000 restarts since the first leaks, autoloaders+wipe!! NOTHING HELPED! I hate Chens new crew :/
I think they lost some good IT Specialists and the rest is just bulls#it! Thats not the BlackBerry i used to know! Hey, they even screwed up the Passport with this update hehe! Come on!

I have none of those problems on my Z30. It's snappy, faster and has a more modern appearance while still having the overall Blackberry classic style. It's solved the previous WiFi problems I had.

But then again I still have my parachute pants (although I've no idea what they are! ).

Adobe killed the development of Flash on mobile devices. There is no need for it, HTML5 provides website developers with an option to still reach out to mobile users, BlackBerry are doing the Web a favour by discontinuing it's use. However the removal of Flash is not a bug, the debate is futile, Flash is dying a death.

GM killed the Oldsmobile, but you still see them everywhere and can buy parts for them for the next 15 years or more. Not sure what your point is.

There is no need for it,
Except to view flash on the hundreds of thousands of web sites that use it, mostly for video, including CNN, ESPN, HBO and others you may have heard of.

HTML5 provides website developers with an option to still reach out to mobile users,
Great. But why deny those mobile users the ability to view content from sites that haven't yet made this upgrade to a "standard" that didn't really have any video standard until just a months ago? Why not offer parts for the Oldmobiles for a few more years since so many are on the road?

BlackBerry are doing the Web a favour by discontinuing it's use.

Ain't this Flash ranting never going to end *sigh*. Also - half of the internet - loooool :-D!! I mean with Flash being phased out by Adobe and all that , but you probably know that, right? It has been mentioned a million times now I guess. And there's also the fact that Adobe Flash is just the worst when it comes to security and all that. But who am I to think that BlackBerry actually cares about security...Despite the fact that you seem to be 100 percent convinced of it's importance - Flash is (almost) done ;-). Also I love 10.3.1 on my Q5. No problems so far besides the usual getting used to it <3.
