    I have the AT&T PP.

In HUB, I have it set up so there is a vertical red color bar for text messages that show up on the LEFT side. That works fine.

However, I am showing vertical red color bars on the RIGHT side that have no rhyme or reason. Nothing is set up in settings that I can find. It randomly shows for some texts or calls or emails, notifications etc - not one particular type of message. It will show for read or unread. It will show for messages with or without attachments. It will show for people I communicate regularly with or not. It will show for contacts or not. (In other words, I can't identify a theme of why it is showing this vertical red bar on the right for some messages/notifications and not for others)

I have tried turning off the red color bar for text messages that I purposely set up and it still shows the random color bars on the right.

    Ideas?

You have priority turned on for certain email, texts or contacts etc, hold down on the ones showing the bar and remove priority

Interesting. Now I have another question - how do I initially set up or remove a priority? I can't find where you initially do that. Is it a priority for a PERSON or is it a priority for an ACTION (text/email/notification/etc.)?

Stepo7 - thank you for the detailed response with pictures! I was able to remove priority.

If you go the the priority section in the hub you can decide which conversation/ contact is priority individually

But if you go to settings in the hub - priority hub there's much broader settings

Start with the broad settings then finetune your priority per contact/ conversation... it actually becomes a really useful tool to have, just takes a few days to get working efficiency.

If you have more questions about the hub just ask also if you open up the help app on your blackberry and search words such as priority all the information you'll ever need is on there, it's such an underrated feature of bb10.... got a problem just search it on there!
