Either install facebook from Google Play or Facebox from Blackberry World.

I wish people would read latest comments on apps prior to upgrading them... nearly all state that the upgrade is just a link. Anyhow, I kept my BlackBerry version for hub notifications and to fill in for Facebook messenger, but use face10 for pretty much everything else. Could one not use sachesi or the likes to reinstall the previous BlackBerry version?

The short version: FB is ending support for their public APIs, because they're going to be adding features and security into their native apps that they can't or won't support via public APIs.

This means that if you're on a platform that FB doesn't build a first-party app for, then you won't have an app, and will have to use the browser version. That covers BB10, as FB never wrote a native FB client for BB10; BB wrote the app based on the public API, which, again, is no longer supported. This affects a number of platforms, not just BB.
