    Since I upgraded my BBM on my BB10, sending requests and accepting has been an issue. I send requests and people don't receive them or people send requests and I don't recieve them. Please help

    Sorry to hear that...frustrating I'm sure!

    - What version of BBM are you using?

    -What OS of BB10 are you using?

    How are you sending/receiving the BBM requests?
    - Do all forms of invites fail including TXT? EMAIL? PIN? QRcode?

    Are you using WiFi or the carrier network?
    - Have you tried using one or the other?

    What is your PIN?
