    I don't get why one of my email does not appear in the BlackBerry Hub? I see and create email from it but I cannot see the email by itself when I swipe it like I see my other emails.

    The problem is I just see all my other emails but that specific one.

    Go into the Hub and Tap the overflow icon (three dots) on the bottom right and select Settings,
    Tap Hub Management.Check if the account is not turned off to display in hub.
