I just finished updating my Q10 to 10.3.1 on Rogers. Trying to set up Blend but the PC app is asking for me to sign into my BBID on the device. When I hit Settings > Blackberry ID, it shows signed in and doesn't prompt me for password.



Is the system overloaded/down right now or is this an issue with my device. How do I fix this?

I would check to make sure you have the newest blend download, just google it.

First thing I checked. The BB Installer says it's the most up to date.

Well the newest version is 1.1.0.21 for windows.

Just Google it.

1.1.0.21 is the BB Desktop Software Version which installs Blend 1.1.0.17


EDIT: Argggg, killing it on my PC and restarting it again kicked it into working

i took the upgrade on my z30 and blend has been 5 hrs of screwing with to the point i am done done done. pairing goes well, connection goes well, says its loading the interface and then disconnects. wirelessly, usb...makes no difference, yet link has zero problems. Way to troubleshoot this over the last year to make sure it was a flawless upgrade. ROFL. absolute waste of time.
