    Hi there,

I'm a blackberry fan, but I'm new to blackberry 10 OS. My blackberry protect is enabled in my z10 and the location services are also switched on. But the blackberry protect web site doesn't identify my phone, it says no device added.

Actually I'm from an Asian country SL. My blackberry maps also doesn't work it says maps are not supported to this country. I presume that could be the reason, but is there any way that I could use these important services? really appreciate your support.

    Regards

Pay for BlackBerry Protect through your carrier and it will work.
