So if I don't use BBM in the hub but use the actual application for a sustained period of time, when I go back to BBM in the Hub the messages will take some time for all of them to populate. I hope you guys understand what I am saying. Why is this?

No I don't really understand but if you remove BBM from the HUB and then add it back, it is only going to update the new messages that come in. And Im not even sure it will do that without a reboot. I guess in theory it should tho.
yeah i understand. It has to "catch up" for some reason. It happens if you also turn on ariplane mode or lose signal too. Whats even more annoying is it also has notifications going off like crazy. I really wish BB could change this from happening. Even if my phone is silent it will still ding and vibrate. Its a bad flaw IMO

"Catch up" is the perfect phrase to describe this! Sorry about your phone going off even on silent man. This doesn't happen with mine.

Yeah I know too. It's really annoying and it renders your phone useless for a while, when it's catching up. It also looks like a huge glitch when the phone is scrolling down in your messages super fast while blinking and vibrating.
They really should fix it

I just want the Hub to show if someone is typing or not. In BBM, it shows when someone is typing from the chats screen... it would be nice if this worked the same way for the Hub.
