I use a BB Z10 with 10.2.1 version. Android apps used to work fine on my phone before. But after installing an app called 'Blackberry Runtime for Android' from Blackberry world, none of the apps work anymore. They just won't open. I used Security Wipe option 3 times but on closer inspection I found that I can't even install android apps anymore, let alone working. After clicking the apk file, it just gets stuck at the processing screen forever. In the app description they said reboot phone after installation of the app, but I didn't do it, it tried opening that app instead of restarting the phone. The non working thing happened after that.
Please guys, help me out. Help me remove this app from my phone and help me install and open android apps like before. I have too much stuff in this phone to change into a new phone.

That patch is ONLY for 10.3.2.2876. It will corrupt any other OS - has it has yours.

You will have to reload your OS.

You committed a fatal error by installing that android runtime patch. It was for the 10.3.2.2876 OS only which had a flaw in it. I'm quite sure that you now have no choice but to update your OS. Find a backup solution for your data/pics/documents etc then reload your OS. You may as well go all in with a 10.3.3.xxxx version now.

10.2.1 in 2018. That's impressive. It was this time around four years ago that everyone was dying to get on that version.

Yesterday I cleaned the whole system and used an autoloader. 10.3.3.3057. because I thought it would be solved, but no. Android runtime does not work, it does not run any APK application. Please, someone to contribute their experience

When doing the new installation it works perfect and fast. but when you restart it stops working, the android runtime stops

When you restart your phone, always wait 10 minutes for the Runtime to initialize.

Yes, even sometimes less. But that's not the problem. I think it has to do with the telephone company that provides the services. Because if I take out the smart card, the android runtime allows to install APK, even allows to start android applications.

Hello, I have reinstalled the 10.3.3.3057 system on my PassportSE with an autoloader, then the Coblat store, Whatsapp, TelegramX, Linkeding, Maps and others, and at the moment everything is going great. I do not know what happened. I have restarted several times and everything works fine.
Is it possible that a virus infected the system? before I installed the APK from an external store to google play. I also used Yalp store and f-droid.

Maybe it's not the right thing ...

and another thing, I have not started the Amazon store ...
