Why does my video stop or pause when using my microHDMI port to a TV?

This all started after the 10.3 update. I connect my phone to the TV and now it slows down and you have to wait as if it was buffering. And sometimes it just stops and locks.

Many times. But I was able to solve the problem....now I have a Priv.
