    Red Light on Z10 comes on and goes out but will not Reboot, will not turn on.

    I was one month from upgrading my phone to a BB Passport but this episode with the Z10 I decided to upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy 5 Active phone.

    Hell of a phone, Good-Bye Blackberry, sorry to say Good-bye !!!!!!!

    Same thing happened to my Z10 last year. I purchased a Z30 and I'm still loving it. Sorry you left BlackBerry.
