Hellos, I side loaded the 10.3.1.1450 leak and all was fine for about 2 weeks. Then recently my data usage has gone through the roof, Optus usage alerts have alerted me to this. The device monitor only shows System is consuming 2 - 4GB, the majority is over a few days. Then again a week or so later.

I have occasionally used Hotspot, ... does anyone know whether Hotspot is counted under System or does it have it's own Device monitor entry?

I've had this issue previously on 10.2.x - but it was always after an upgrade and always only the PIM process sorting itself out.

Has anybody had similar since 10.3.1 ? (leaked, or release?)

device monitor it is not accurate
i've had a issue once with skype and once with netflix draining gb like crazy
i would do a data wipe and reinstall all apps manually don't restore and then watch what app it's using your data
