I am havig z10 with latest release 10.3.1.1779. The Call log history is showing only last 3 days calls ( approx 150 calls). How can I extend this call history to 15-30 days or more. Previously 10.2.1 used to have extended call logs.

Shouldn't be an O/S version issue. Have you tried rebooting your phone via the hold-both-volume buttons method?
A similar thing happened to my Z30 a few days ago, first time I have ever seen it. I only had a few calls in the log from the current day, and one from a few weeks prior. After the reboot all my call history returned. (currently shows a long list of calls dating back 2 weeks)
The phone runs so smoothly that I almost never reboot it. I've gotten so used to it behaving that doing "preventive maintenance reboots" like we used to do so many years ago doesn't even occur to me anymore.

Welcome to 10.3.1.
On 10.2.1 it used to hold calls for a certain amount of time rather than a certain number of calls but on 10.3.1 the call log holds 150 calls.
On 10.3.2 they increased it (I think it's 300).
I don't know why they changed it but this is how it is.
My mistake. Apparently I misunderstood the question or overlooked that 3 days worth of calls for OP is 150! Wow. I don't place that many calls in a week, I think; but I work nights and am antisocial. ;)
