    I hope someone can help me, I updated to OS 10.3.1.1565 and ever since have a problem. Prior to this all was well.

    I run 1 work email account and one Talk21 email account which was BT but i think is Yahoo owned now.

    Ever since the update I am continually getting a message on my Z10 saying-

    Your login information for account(Carddav : Talk21) has changed or in incorrect. Update your login information and try again.

    PLEASE HELP !!!!

    This same thing happened to me over the weekend with one of my E-mail accounts. Turns out there was Spam being sent from my account and they shut it down. Have you tried to access the account from a computer or another device?

    Well the Talk21 email account works fine from my Z10 and my iPad, I can send and receive emails no problem on both and my Laptop. But on the Z10 it keeps giving me that message and I don't get it, my contacts have been acting weird too not sure if thats related or not. I have no idea what CARDDAV is !!!! Any help will be great and thanks !

    Carddav is a protocol for syncing contacts, so there you go...

    Why not Google it?

    Maybe you need to fix something in the way your BlackBerry is logging into your account. For example try using the whole e-mail address as a login or the other way around.

    Hi and thanks, I am no techno so still not really sure why since the update I am getting this message and still don't fully understand CARDDAV. When I go into Account-set up email,contacts,calendar I then go into the TALK21 account and there are items on the screen the top item is TALK21 Email the 2nd item is I think contacts on here below in red it says Not connected-Account invalid then below it says Talk21 Calendar and that is fine too so how do I solve this issue !!!!

    Cant seem to do this. But that is exactly what it says so the Email on TALK21 is fine the Calendar on TALK21 is fine but for some reason after this update the Calendar or CARDDAV as it is being called is displaying a Not connected-Account invalid message and keeps vibrating my phone every 15 minutes to remind me....
    I wish I had never run the update which took like an hour plus, any help would be great and thanks.

    This is also happening to me at 10.3.1.2708.
    I tried to change my password and let see if it will fix the problem.
