I'm trying to download a 4.8 Gb ISO file because I'm not at home to download it from my computer, and when the download reach 4.1 Gb that error message appear and I have 2.19 Gb of free space, I don't know why I'm no able to continue the download this file and I need it for today (I have a Z10 with 10.3)
Have you checked your free storage space for device memory and SD card to know what is left?

Where are you saving it to?
If it's your SD card, is it FAT32 formatted? In that case, the file is too large for the filesystem.

No I don't have a SD Card
Yeah dude like I said I have more than 2 Gb on my device cause I don't have a SD card and the is only 7 Mb left for download
I'd suggest getting a SD card for the future, but in the meantime, any old apps to delete? Or caches to clean?
