    I cannot register my device on BlackBerry. It days my imei is invalid. What is the problem?
    Device: BlackBerry Z30
    OS: 10.3.2.2836. I can't update my os too :-(

    Sounds like the IMEI has been blacklisted, possibly reported as stolen device. Could also still be connected to another carrier and wasn't unlocked.
