When I try to link my PC to my Z10, I keep getting a window coming up and it says
"Navigation to the webpage was cancelled"
I can't figure it out at all...

Print To Go version: 10.2.0.7
Blackberry Z10 STL100-3
OS:10.3.1.1581

Windows 8.1

I'm getting the same thing on my laptop. My desktop computer is working fine. Wish someone could give me a possible solution.

Hi! This has do with a security update from Microsoft which got issued around late last year. I had the same issue, and once I removed the update Print to Go worked perfectly. Quite a trade by increased vulnerability vs Print to Go features. Try removing KB2992611. More details searching "I spent the whole day and finally got it!
The problem is caused by Security Update for Windows (KB2992611)", which is posted in the BlackBerry forum by contributor baranousky. CB does not allow me to post links because I need to have 10 posts minimum.

I found a solution! Worked great for me

In Internet Explorer go to Tools - Internet Options - Advanced - in the Security section tick Use SSL 2.0

Fixing Print To Go - Win7 64bit: By removing the Security Update for Windows KB2992611 was the way to go. Once removed and the system rebooted, all is once again working nicely. Thank you for the great solution.
