The volume level was working, without incident, prior to the force upgrade. The volume level for all notifications is set to he highest possible level, yet this seems to have no bearing on the volume that the notification is actually played at. In fact, playing the ringtone from the download or music folder results in the volume of the tone working as expected, yet the moment that tone plays as a result of a notification the volume decreases significantly.

Try checking Customise App Notifications under the profile you're using, it may be overriding it

I have noticed that basic ringtone notifications, already included with the phone, seem to work fine volume-wise. When I try setting various sounds that I downloaded as a ringtone, in the download or music folder, the volume of that notification changes the moment it is played. This, however, was not an issue prior to the upgrade to 10.3.2 so I'm not really sure what the heck happened that it would suddenly become a problem now. I've checked all the settings, the profile is set to the highest possible volume and the notifications for each individual contact are set at the exact same volume as well.
