I remember in one of the early leaks of 10.0 that one came up with the startup sequence of the PlayBook, the only difference was that it said BlackBerry or BlackBerry 10 on it. It looked so sleek and modern that I hoped it will stay, but here we are and nothing happened. Please someone at BlackBerry put it back on 10.3.1, it will look sooooo good and modern and fresh compared to the boring startup as of now that will make it stand out. What do you think?

It shows up if you load a developer OS (about the only positive of a dev OS).
Still, at least the 10.3.1 bootscreen says what the phone is doing when it starts up.
I mean the moving spheres, it can have a line under the BlackBerry name for load status and the info at the bottom, no issues there. And no, I'm not referring to the long boot time but the background moving sequence, it will take the same boot time as it is now, it just kind of lame the boot sequence on 10.3.0 and 10.3.1 as of now. It's not good enough to say at least when they can do it in a snap, if they have it on the developer OS that mean they can include it in the consumer OS.
This is a screenshot sequence from the dev alpha simulator bb10 0 10 261. This sequence takes about 10 to 15 seconds on the simulator, then should go the carrier logo and then the main screen.
