Why am I unable to start my camera?

I am using blackberry z10. model no. STL100-1 , software release 10.2.1.3062 , os version 10.2.1.3442 . i am unfortunately getting this message "the camera can't be started" . i did all the stuff like seurity wipe, autoload 10.3 os as well as 10.1 . but still this problem persists please help me.

If after a reload you're still getting that, then you most likely have a hardware issue.

Get it into a repair shop, or use your warranty if it's still valid.

It's a known issue with the peculiar STL100-1 model. FYI, this model doesn't share the same hardware as the others.

You will have to wait for the next official update (and keep your fingers crossed).
