I bought my z10 handset 4days ago.
But till today I didn't received any update for the latest os that is 10.3.1.1565
So I downloaded an os 10.3.1.1977 dev alpha unknowingly. Thinking it is the new update. But it is not the new update.
And its like a demo os.
I cant set alaram, wallpaper, ring tone. Neither I find my music gallery or file manager. Please help me. I need the latest os update. Or a older one, but I can't stick with this update.
Please help me

The update is subject to carrier approval. So it depends if your carrier has released it yet.

You can set your phone back to factory default by using BlackBerry Link on a computer. It will automatically revert it back to the latest official release

If you still feel adventurous, you can try one of the leaked 10.3.1 autoloaders here.

I tried. Reloading the device through the blackberry link but, its showing no updates are available. Now i am bit worried.

which model of the z10 are you using? if link doesnt give you the update, i'll suggest you download an autoloader for the official firmware. another trick that has had some success is to turn off your phone, take out the sim card, switch it back on, connect to a wifi network, check for the update (make sure you have your mobile network set to off). i think its worth a try
