Hey all,
i'm getting those errors at random times, but also 6 at once.
4 for Facebook - which works and gives me notifications about posts, messages etc.
1 for Twittly, that's not even installed on my device anymore
and 1 for External.

Open Account gives me "failed to open account" for every single one of them, which makes sense for Twittly, but not for Facebook.

Is there any rooted browser or something that i could sniff in my system with to delete old files or something? Seems like there's garbage somewhere in my system. I really don't want to start from scratch!

I'm on 10.3.1.1154 but it's doing that since the last official release, and after that on 10.3.0 and 10.3.1 leaks....

I get the same with Twittly. I have it installed and working properly. Apparently if you do a fresh install and not a restore it should solve it but I'm too lazy to try it if it doesn't work.

yeah well i guess these would disappear if i don't restore my backup, but i am too lazy, too :/

We are very sorry that youre currently having that issue. In fact its not only you but the most of the people using BB10 Smartphones, its an OS Issue and we 3rd Party Devs have no control in fixing it, but theres a good news that in the new 10.3.0+ OSes BlackBerry has finally fixed it. Expected date of the update to come is November or December.


Heres what you can do 50% it will fix or not.

Please restart your phone or uninstall then reinstall the app.

so what you say is i have to reinstall Twittly then uninstall it again?
the fact is that i'm not even using it at the moment...

i've tried that for the facebook app more than once and it's annoying as hell.
i'm starting from scratch later, preparing for that now :/
