Hi jitendra, except BBM issue, no abnormalities found within the device, I am using my Q10 as my daily driver, but not found any work around to make BBM work, tried everything but no joy, loving my cute Q10

From that dashboard that you found the activation readyness you will see cloud tenant you click there and it will take you to the cloud, you sign in and in device manager you will have a way to send yourself a email to activate your phones workspace.

If you can't find it give me your email and I'll active it on my trial. And we will see if that is the problem or if it was like another person said, about a spoofed blackberry.

Thank you bro, if itwas a spoofed one, the bblink should not recognize it and I will not get any updates, I haven't found such issues with my device.

Hi, I have read your entire conversation... I understand you are finding problem in accessing BBM services. I just want to get confirmed whether you are able to use other functionality properly like;

a. Blackberry Hub- Email, SMS, Application centre etc
b. Internet: Through Wifi and normal 3G or 4G connection
c. Incoming and outgoing calls- through Indian SIM cards
d. Installation of new applications on the device
e. Or any other abnormality.

Please help me, still I have an option to cancel the order or refuse to accept COD.

Those mobiles are imported from middle east countries in which instant messaging apps like apple imessage and BlackBerry BBM are blocked. So they won't work.

My Q10 SQN-100-3. With Arabic key pad is imported from middle east, BBM and any other apps works just fine in Pakistan.

I also purchased my Q10 from ebay and my BBM too is not working. Also, my headphones are not working. These devices though cheap but with such defects have spoiled my smartphone experience. Also, installation of android apps is a tricky business. Cobalt has done good work but still there are complications which requires you to have a windows pc to run app patcher. One could only wish bbry will solve the native apps issue. Cannot use blend on Linux ubuntu laptops. A good OS neglected by consumers and apps developers neglecting the platform because of low traction forming a vicious cycle.

can i update it to 10.3.2.2836 ?
it is bbm locked and seller did not tell me that should i update or not ..
please tell me if i can update it ..
or will it get locked if i update it ?

Yes you can update. OS update has nothing to do with BBM locked. And also update ART from BBW after OS update.
