Take a look at storage on your device monitor guys. I'm sure it's the same issue for all of us.

Instead of system taking up 2 gigs on your phone, most are showing upwards of 8-13 gigs. It's because of the Runtime on 10.3.1

If you look at the properties on the specific android file it will show its size. My Z10 is at an astonishing 53 gigs just in the Android file.

Yes, very laggy when multiple apps are open (instagram, airbnb, etc) and the phone app is SUPER slow.

I have a call forwarding service for my apartment where the buzzer will ring two phones. My iPhone friends answer the call before it even shows up on my phone.

I have a Z30.

I have the same problem. Generally phone is laggy and freeze sometimes (don't react on my touches).

But the MOST IMPORTANT issue is like you say, the PHONE app is really slow and I think that, at least fundamental functions like calling and messaging (sms) should be very responsive. Even OS 7 was faster in these functions. Sms opens slowly too on my Q10.

I'm glad people are talking about this! My phone is so laggy and has serious memory leaks for example the device monitor says the twitter app takes 200 mb while it's actually taking 350MB of ram and same for instagram that uses up to 400 MBs of ram, I don't even have to talk about the laggy phone app.

I never had any of these issues on 10.2.1

Never had a problem with it, just use version 8 and you'll never have trouble with Snapchat

My Passport has become so damn frustrating to use. I get constant lags and more so constant freezes.

I never had any of those issues on the previous OS versions and I never noticed how common it has become after the OS update. This is completely unacceptable. The OS should be getting progressively better and so far on the Passport it's been getting worse.

Usually what happens is I'm in an app (mainly Android apps, but also happens on other apps) and I'm going about my business and then suddenly the app freezes. I proceed to minimize the app and every single time, when I tap the x button to close the culprit app, the phone freeze comes and I can't use my phone for 30-90 seconds. Sometimes it takes even longer but eventually the phone sorts itself out.

I really don't want BlackBerry to add any more features to the OS, but please for the love of god fix the lags and freezing in this OS!

Same experience except I'm on OS version 10.3.1.2582. Really annoying. I've noticed this occurs more often when I'm running the music app and simultaneously doing other tasks like Web browsing.

So this may not matter with the new update but....I had lagging and freezing. Never reloaded the OS because it wouldn't do a backup. The solution??? Cleaning up my device memory. Not that it was full about 12-13GB of the 16 on my Z30. I found no issue with RAM memory but my freezing occurred often when an app closed or crashed. So I think it was having problems saving??? After I dumped most of my stuff to a memory card the OS runs like a champion. Been two weeks solid OS.

Not going to lie, the symptoms have subsided significantly over the past few weeks. Not sure what I did aside from cleaning up (deleting) a few apps. Hopefully 10.3.2 will bring some much needed stability and smoothness this OS deserves.

My Z10 is also freezing for 30 seconds, when I open inst10 after a while my phone stops, I can go back to menu but if I open another app my screen freezes! Or even trying to open a new notification my screen goes black. Anyone here with same issues? I'm waiting for 10.3.2 to see if this stops, or I will be forced to reload the os and start fresh via link...

If I reload the os via link and start fresh do I maintain the same BlackBerry id? Thanks
