I haven't found any solution to this issue! How can the operating system be a complete package if something as basic as this is still not implemented?The passport with its sound quality, eats the hell out of my ear, so annoying! What in fact bugs me is some people in here claims everything w.r.t BB10.3.3 is complete. :-/

It is a developer version released mean to find and fix those bugs. They shouldn't be perfect. Except if it was a gold released.

I do not see what the issue is?
If you do not want the sound, just turn the phone to the silent mode.
If you do not like the sound quality from the speakers, that is a hardware issue; and no software is going to change that.

Really? Is that the solution? I.e Enable silent profile to mute the keypad dial tone while dialling? I never said I want to disable my whole system notifications. Its just the keypad dial tone that is annoying.

I do understand where the OP is coming from though... I hate how you can't adjust or turn off the dial pad tone.
