Accidentally drained 5.8 GB by watching Louis C.K.'s new special. Now I have to be careful for the next 20 days.

I do know that there is an option of turning off "data" from mobile network settings. But there used to be a way to make it prompt "Do you want to play this over cellular?" This would come in handy. Could anyone help?

For apps, I have "only use wifi" turned on in Blackberry World.
I'm looking for solution for streaming youtube, downloading videos and music from web browser, etc.

    Thank you!

Z10 STL100-3 release 10.3.1.1581 (OS10.3.1.2267 and radio 10.3.1.2244) - been running this since it came out as Leak.

P.S. Also want to know where I can post an opinion to BB that I'd like a smaller version of Z10! Short people like me have small pockets and small hands.

I don't believe there is a global option for this, BUT some apps themselves have such options, such as BBC iPlayer, and Netflix.
