    Hi.

    I cracked my screen on my Blackberry, so can't access the phone, but I can connect it to my laptop.

    How can I get my contacts off the phone? Pretty sure I saved to the phone and not SIM card.

    I can't find the folder anywhere when I search files on the Blackberry.

    I'm switching to an S6 so not sure how I can get the files off.

    Not sure where they are stored. But if your desktop software is set up then plugging in to the computer will backup tour contacts. If you use something like outlook you can pull them from there. If you set your email to include contacts, then they will be in the contacts of that email account.
