    Because if you don't have 4.3 runtime on your OS, you'll end up bricking your runtime because it's not compatible

    I can't say that I totally understand what I'm doing, but I'm trying my luck. I am doing it because for some odd reason I cannot install .APK files on my device. And snap also doesn't work...any idea?
