eBay, used phone sites. Considering you offered no info on where you even are, best anyone can say is check out local to you.

I like to try old fashioned flea markets (or EBay).

If you have to buy one BB10 device, it has to be a Passport and an SE version if you can spend extra.

The other BB10 devices will run sluggish. The Passport is still fast and never hiccups except for some Android apps. But it works on any apps old enough to run.

Kijiji in Canada. I've sold most of my devices through there when I upgrade.

Really... Anywhere. Unless you're looking for a Porsche Design device or a Passport SE, most BB10 devices online are dirt cheap.

I've only bought 1 BB10 phone in a conventional store. An unlocked white Z10 from Staples Canada. All my other BlackBerries are from kijiji, Varage Sale, Let Go and themobilebase.com (I am in no way affiliated with themobilebase but I've bought 4 phones, including the Q10 I'm typing this on, from them in the past couple years and have never had an issue and the devices are in pretty decent shape..just saying)
Considering these phones are a few years old now, at least, I feel more comfortable buying used devices from vendors that have clear no hassle return policies!
