    Recently I flashed a beta version of the BB 10 OS 10.3.1.634 downloaded from the BlackBerry developer website in to my STA 100-2

    The installation was fine but after all when I started using the device I noticed that most of the default system apps are missing. (like all of em)
    ex: Music, Pictures, Videos, File Manager, Calculator, Clock, etc.

    I tried to sideload some bar files but it wasn't successful. (airtunes, photoviewer)

    Is there a place that I can download a FULL version of the OS with those apps?

    You installed one of the stripped down dev builds. Go get yourself a full autoloader.
