Good question. Amazon?
I didn't even know you can't buy movies from AppWorld any more. Sucks... Seems like you can't buy music anymore as well. I must be living under a rock.
Install the 7digital app, BlackBerry announced that this would be the music store from July 21 onwards they sent everyone a notification about it on the 21st. That takes care of music and with the release of 10.3.x amazon app store will be fully supported by BlackBerry, I haven't tried but I understand that movies, music and apps would be available here
From my Zed 30 running 10.2.1.2102
I'm with you under that rock. I just discovered that we can no longer buy music on bbry app world.
This has really annoyed me...
Such a basic functionality that has immensely annoyed me.
So when 10.3 comes along, will we have Amazon App store with music and movie download enabled? If I buy a Z30, would this be possible in October/ November this year?
I can tolerate side loading the odd Android App but music, movies etc I cannot be doing. Why make if so complex!?
Average persons are not going to do this.

At the moment, I'm downloading music and movies from Amazon to my PC and then moving them to my phone -- a pain in the ***. However, if there's no native app (with permission controls) to download directly to my Z30, that's going to be how I do it.

I never download music and movies much, but 7digital was BlackBerry's supplier for music, so getting the app it's suppose to transfer over previous purchases.. I am almost certain movies and music on amazon only works in the USA. I can easily find mp3 on the American store but cannot on the Canadian

Crackle and Netflix are the only ways I know. They have a limited selection though obviously.

No one wants to say it, everyone is being nice, but here's the deal:
If you're paying 19.99 for a DRM movie on your cell phone than no offense but you need your head checked.

My experience I'd that the Amazon store apps make my phone lag

All movies I bought were like .99 each lol.

Couldn't agree more. Torrent and sideload all media.

Ha, buy movies
Z30STA100-3/10.2.1.3358
I bought the movies for 99 cents they always had movies on Sale

Waste of a good. 99 cents if you ask me! Jkin.

Just stream them online

I only ever paid 75pence for my films...nice when I'm away or on the plane, or waiting in the car, just handy.
Why can't it be simple?
I don't have a PayPal account and I don't want a PayPal account...
I don't want to side load apps...
I don't understand torrents and illegal download sites...
I just want a phone that has an App Store that I can buy films and music. BlackBerry just removed that simplicity.
They are also so het up on security and business that they're slowly forgetting the loyal casual user - once again! Maybe Amazon App store integration will change that at 10.3.
I convinced my parents (65 and 60 yrs old) to buy BlackBerry devices so we can all communicate via BlackBerry Messenger and because I knew how the phones worked to help set them up.
They had the hang of the app store and a few apps or bits of music they wanted. Now they have very little understanding of things since they changed. They're not interested in side loading apk files and work arounds...they'll just go elsewhere.
They both also use Google Nexus 7's and get by fine with these without my input...but do you see my point how BlackBerry has 'work arounds' that the average consumer is either not interested in or doesn't understand and isn't going to bother to learn?...hence they will go elsewhere.
Unfortunately BlackBerry has led my sister to Apple, it'll lead me to elsewhere and in turn my parents.
4 loyal customers of now, around 7 years.
I don't want to bad mouth BlackBerry so much as I love BlackBerry10 and the Hub and just how simple it is to use and am sad to say that I feel twitchy and I want to try other platforms now for their advantages over BlackBerry10.
I may have an 11th hour plummet for a Z30 when 10.3 arrives but I cannot be sure that that can keep me BlackBerry based.

I think I'm a very patient person but BlackBerry is pushing me to my limits. I've exclusively used BlackBerry phones since 2007. I now have the BlackBerry Z10 which I like for the most part. What I hate is BlackBerry removed a tool (music and video) from BlackBerry World that I used from time to time. I thought surly it would be added back but not so. I don't care to go looking all over the place for tools to get done what I'd like done. Shame on you BlackBerry for making our life complicated.
