As someone who was a bit reluctant to install a "leaked" version of BlackBerry 10 on my lovely ZED 3, I took the plunge to 10.3.0.1052 (there, I typed the entire release number-inside joke) and am VERY happy I did.
It is light years better than 10.2.1 in ways I'm sure your aware of. So if your feeling a bit frisky, go for it!

My problem is that i've zero knowledge on all these stuff. How will I know the one that will work on my Q10?
Never loaded an autoloader before. I dont know which Q10 one to choose. I see different ones in the list. Could someone send a direct link for me just for the Q10? Thanks
On my Q10...
Chen will not be releasing 10.3 to all until he gets his sales from classic. We already paid our money. he makes nothing on us if he gives us the goods before he can sell more units.

Who cares what Chen will do when the leak is available to all.
I was thinking of jumping ships and going to iPhone. I then remembered you can get leaked. question is it is it worth installing the leak and can you revert back and upgrade to official update after? and what happens to the apps. compatibility issue?
if not i guess i will have to switch.

I was very scared of installing leaks a while back but I'm not regretting getting into it for a minute. Follow the instructions here on CB and you're good to go. Download appropriate OS from the autoloader links, connect your phone to computer and do a backup of BlackBerry Link (just in case as always), close or exit Link.
Open the autoloader file location and run or unzip.. make yourself a coffee and wait until use OS is loaded up. Enter your BlackBerry ID in setup screen and reconnect to Link.. Now do a restore to reload your apps and stored data.
I only had one app that wasn't working on early release of 10.3.1 but that's not the case with latest version. Same with one game that's not working on this OS but it's a good trade off in my opinion. Give it a try and let's know how happy you are.

Alright, so I am in 10.3.1 I was afraid of installing it before I am actually happy now. The initial start up after the install was slow but than again that is expected. So far all my apps are working, Snap2Chat works even better and smoother no crashing. IGrann although it works the feeds don't load but that doesn't matter cause Instagram (6.2.2) works almost like a native app. The over all settings are better now. Loving the whole new look. The apps run even more smoother no lag so far. Battery life has gotten better. Thank god that text selection / to go through tool is 100 times better. One down side tho after restore I lost my music Playlist not the music it self but the play lists. Had a few hiccups but after the reboot everything worked like a charm. I am happy now not moving off my BlackBerry anytime soon.

Way to go! I was feeling the same way a month ago but 10.3.0.1052 kept me in a BlackBerry.
Maybe I'll dive into. 10.3.1 soon..

I am afraid to put the leak on my phone. So I will wait for the official release of 10.3.1. It's really frustrating but I will wait

Why are you afraid to put a leak on your phone. A Leak is made by BlackBerry. The difference between a leak and an official is nothing more than Carrier approval.
The 10.3.1.1016 was accidentally released by AT&T, so it is a quasi official. What is really funny is that it was the Passport version, and this has to the first time that AT&T was first with an OS update before they even released the phone!
