Vodafone the Netherlands, no 10.3.2 for Q10 yet
Vodafone Germany said it will release10.3.2 end of July. So a few hours to go if you're with them.
My gut feeling is that Europe will get a slightly higher build number which makes me smoke as it would underline the flaws in BB's current deployment model.
Get rid of the carriers and take back control over the the OS. John?

UK still no update
From the cutest Q10
Ok, the released depends on the aproval of your carrier if your device now is running in europe with 10.3.1. So, if I buy today the passport silver edition, will it works with 10.3.1 or 10.3.2? I supose it will run in europe with 10.3.2, so, it doesn't depends on your carrier, it depends on BlackBerry. So, I think BlackBerry doesn't release this Version 10.3.2 in europe. And finally, the new question is why?

Hm...some news coming from Vodafone Germany (search Google 'blackberry 10.3.2 release germany'). ...
According to them, it will be released in September :( :( :(
Hope that there is no general issue which affects all operators.

Given what they've done previously, if the Slider is due to come out in the autumn (with the new software) I wouldn't be surprised if they hold back the updates for older devices to encourage us to buy the new phone.

Have they ever considered hiring someone in the hand set marketing position who actually has some notions or even training in the field ??
What I ask my brain all the time is: what should this carrier specific approval mean? Why is this specific? I guess a carrier does nothing at all. A carrier doesn't even have the competence to check if it works or not. And this is also not even in his interest. Why should a carrier deal with software issues of a specific phone manufacturer? I guess there' s not much behind this argument. It's just some spreading of responsibility.
I can imagine RIM has to pay for each update, pay a lot, and so they have an interest to reduce the number of updates in a year to a minimum.
Vodafone Ireland still on 10.3.1.1779

I am running 10.3.2 on three UK and have no battery issues. It was a fresh wipe before install though.
India. No 10.3.2 update.
Slovakia T-Mobile, nope! Nothing to see here.

Germany has 10.3.2 and should get 10.3.3 because we got 10.2.2, too exclusively

2 months after the official release, my carrier (KPN) still hasn't pushed it.
I get the famous back and forth awsner. Carrier says, see BlackBerry they push it. BlackBerry says, see your carrier they have to release it.
Of the 3 carriers here, T-mobile seemed to have it released, Vodafone and KPN (and their partner networks) still have diddlysquat.
Im buying a prepay simcard from T-Mobile to get the update seeing my carries won't push it and Vodafonesaqys "we know nothing, we can't comment" Wtf...
This is the first time an update took so long. Still think it's a carrier thing but nobody knows for sure it sems.
