    Late November at the earliest. It will be 10.3.1 for all other devices than the Passport. No more questions please as there are probably 10 threads asking the same question.

    It is a download from these forums. Nobody got a notification. You have to manually search for it. You have to manually download it. You have to manually install it.

    10.3 isn't even going to be officially released for existing BlackBerry 10 devices. They'll get an official 10.3.1 after the release of the Classic.
