    I am currently on T-Mobile
My Z10 is unlocked. I've been in 10.2.1 update for a while now.
Problem is, wi-fi calling on t-mobile doesn't work because they're still on 10.1......
Does anyone know when they will update the software ?

T-Mobile The Netherlands didn't receive the OS 10.2.1.2102 update yet today either. I truly don't know when.

I need to use wi-fi calling and t-mobile is still on 10.1. Therefor wi-fi calling is not compatible with 10.2.1 yet...

Well it was reported that it will be released between the 10th and 20th, so we've got a few days left. Keep your fingers crossed. I'm not gonna hold my breath over it though because the AT&T and Verizon q10 updates were postponed.

It is not likely that we will see it by the 20th on Tmo.

Just look...none of the other dates have been met for US carriers and those dates have already passed.

And there is a problem with 10.2 and Tmo wifi calling. It doesn't work and BlackBerry has known for months, since the initial release of 10.2.

The whole idea that BlackBerry was going to insure the whole world got it this time is a farce. One more lie from BlackBerry.

And you can't blame it on carriers when they keep delivering sub par product that doesn't meet the carrier needs.

The reason it is not released for Tmo is because wifi calling doesn't work.

10.2 conflicts with wifi calling. BlackBerry has known thus for months and has not resolved the conflict.

I had to go back to 10.1 because I have to use the wifi app. Now I can't use half my paid for apps to full capabilities because of 10.1 The downside of loving BlackBerry love hate relationship.

It's not the app that's faulty - it needs a special radio file. The wifi calling on 10.1 MR is truly the best i have ever used.

I am confident tmo will get BlackBerry wifi calling working on 10.2.1.

I have been holding off for months on using one of the global MR but I think if this continues I might just say screw it to Wifi calling and update until Tmo comes out with their official MR. This is ridiculous!!

If it is BlackBerry's fault & not T-Mobile's then why are they the only ones who don't have wifi calling. I haven't heard of other carriers having this "issue" with wifi calling on 10.2.1

Came from BlackBerry support at Tmo.

Further, it just makes sense. Note that no leak since original 10.2 has been able to work with wifi calling.

Tmo has no motive for delay. The only bloatware they even install is an app to check your account and wifi calling. That's it... so why would they delay. Tmo BlackBerry support told me specifically that wifi calling conflict is the reason... and they've been trying to get BlackBerry to resolve.

Tmo believes their customers treat wifi calling as more important than upgraded OS... and I agree with them.

    The problem lies with BlackBerry.

Second largest handset market in the world...and currently mostly ignored by BlackBerry = STUPID!

Nevertheless, can you point me to any carrier in the world that has wifi calling working on OS 10.2 or later?

Pretty sure the answer = none.

I heard T-Mobile will release the 1925 update as soon as all their current customers have switched to iPhones.

I'm kidding. Anyway good luck with that.
