When is the Official 10.3.1 update coming for the Q10?

Okay, this was probably asked a million times, but I didn't see an actual answer or maybe I missed it...
When is the official update for 10.3.1 coming for the Q10, and how would I go about updating if I'm with T-Mobile? I am not interested in leaks, I would rather wait. Since T-Mobile has no contract with Blackberry, will the update still show up on my phone, or will I have to download it online? I know, dumb question, but honestly I have no idea...

Nobody will give you a straight answer because there is no definitive answer. It's just sometime after the BlackBerry Classic is released. How long after? Nobody knows exactly, but it shouldn't be long (matter of weeks opposed to months)

Obama preached Hope but it never arrived.

Unlike the aforementioned promise, 10.3.1 will in fact arrive and before the cows come home.

im happy that i will receive it for sure. Unlike the Android OEM's which promises the update first and then cancels them without any solid reason. take Galaxy S3 international version for a example.
