I happened on my 9810 when my Z10 was sitting beside it in march of 2013. Does that count?

Mostly on my Z30 with leaked OS. Between last January and October, quite a few times.

When I dropped my Passport this past weekend from about 6 feet accidentally.. luckily it was in a case so not even a scratch, just a reboot and that was it!

Infinitely better than my Z10, I used to get random reboots all the time on that thing during 10.0-10.2.0, 10.2.1-10.3.1 were finally the saving grace it was looking for!

I have only ever experienced a full BB10 OS crash once since I bought my Q10 on launch day.

I have experienced a number of crashes on a Z30, but always when running leaked OS's so that doesn't count

That's one thing I have to say about OS10, is that it's stable.

I've had my Q5 for around 14 months and I've had to do a hard reboot... I think once. Phone froze for some reason. Was gaming I think.

Otherwise, I've never had to reboot or wait for lag ect ect

I've frozen it once (the full phone) when debugging my App, over than that never, bought Late January last year
That's how I did too, at least I thought the entire device was locked right up since nothing worked until I noticed the little battery charging icon animation was still going.. Let the screen time out, swiped up and all operations returned to normal! Answer: I don't think I've ever really had to?..

Used to happen after i upgraded my z10 to 10.2 last year, but it was fixed by forcing a piece of paper between the battery and the housing. Now with my passport i get a reboot once every couple of days. I'm on the latest 10.3.1 and still i get reboots. I've read there's a memory issue with 10.3.1 at the moment, hence why it isn't released yet.

I experience it almost once a day. I think it is because its processor can't handle multiple apps that are in used.

Happens about 1-2 times a month for me on a 2 year old Z10 (well 2 years in feb).

It actually happened today, I was holding my phone and hit the power button to fire up the screen to check something and it was completely off.

My Z10 prior to the first OS update used to reboot on its own regularly. Over the last two, three months, it has started randomly rebooting again.

When I can't go back in android apps.

When the instant notification response screws up.

    Posted via CB10
Never had the problem of android apps but the instant notifications bar did get screwed up a couple of times and I would do a soft reset by holding down the volume buttons and that solved the problem.
But it never froze up on me and I have bb10 for a year and a half although I had to do a couple of soft resets for notifications and BBM using too much battery and my bluetooth wasn't working properly once so I did it but it hasn't happened in a couple of months may have been an update that solved the notifications problem but the BBM problem still exists

Running VLC sometimes leaves my phone in a funny mode where media won't play. There is a new app called AVPlayer. It works better than VLC, so I removed VLC. It doesn't have the media streaming features of VLC, so I hope someday there will be a useable version of VLC.

I found that VLC version 0.1.4. works the best for my Z10. (Z10STL100-3/10.2.1.3442 official)

It just happened to me for the first time ever. I'm using 10.3.0.1418 on my Z10 so I guess I could be a little forgiving for running a leak but it hurts so much!

The browser has been showing signs of being worse than it was on 10.2 with slower scrolling on CrackBerry and multimedia sites as well as numerous crashes. Today, for the first time ever, the browser froze trying to load a basic HTML5 video (Flash is turned off) and took the phone down with it. No response from screen or buttons and I had to perform a battery pull. If this was the Z30, I don't know how it would have recovered.

Even though I'm running a leak, it was quite disappointing and heartbreaking because QNX is supposedly the most fault-tolerant OS on the planet. Aaaarrggghh! How do you crash "the" Micro-Kernel OS and even break the reset button??? I can't help feeling like the browser devs have been trying some unnecessary hacks to speed up the browser. The 10.2 browser was a lot faster and seldom crashed. The new one just feels slower and the new menu that always expands to full length is annoying.

Aaarggh! I am not new to system crashes but this is having a profound effect on me. It's like learning the sky is actually red and you've been lied to this whole time. Suddenly all the other issues with the browser like bookmark management seem even more frustrating.

    I'm sad. I'm very sad.

Turned mine on Feb 14, 2013. No issues at all, relating to the phone or OS. Just a couple of issues, of my own doing. I'm a much smarter person now! Haha
