But at the end of the day. The Sucka that didn't read the warnings and the fine prints plus not using their own "common sense" is the one at fault. I can honestly tell you that BlackBerry didn't directly give this Beta OS to any specific individual and tell them "Here ya go. Install this in your BB10. Oh, by the way. This will mess up your non Dev device and we will refuse any technical support". Nah, I don't buy your last statement in your comment so you shouldn't try to sell it. You explain to me why BlackBerry should help the poor chump that installed a BETA version OS that is "At Your Own risk" on their daily driver ? Why can't that Dennis The Menace take the responsibility of being to naive of just taking a few seconds to read the Front Page Post of the announcing of 10.3.3. Beta for devs? So yes, BlackBerry shouldn't give a damn.

Because of enjoying new features of OS 10.3.3 by installing the beta version, BB fans suffered unexpected problems. That's a pity. I tended to install the beta version, but finally, i did not. It was said that good luck came to me.

It's NOT a beta. It is a DEV OS. As the prominent warnings point out, many features and apps are missing.

    This may help though:

Chen said it was in the hands of NIAP. It's up to them now.

Btw, if I installed 10.3.3 on your device when you weren't looking, you wouldn't even know the difference.

I am really confused with BB, they do not seem know what they want regarding 10.3.3, on the other hand, ive read here that there is nothing special, it is basically the same with a few tweaks and it is waiting for certification since i dont know when !!!
my question is, if there is so little change, why did it take a over a year to release it, i mean it cant take that long to release something thats already done and only needs a few changes ...... something is not right!!!!! and i am getting fed up with BB, been with them for many many years, have defended them vigorously but it seems they do not care about their clients and users anymore .......

What you have to understand is that BB10 is now in a new phase of its life cycle.
BB10 is in maintenance mode. The maintenance team's mission is primarily to patch urgent security issues.
10.3.3 and 10.3.4 are just scheduled to show commitment to existing customers.
NIAP is just something to keep the team busy and engaged.
The releases will likely come its just that they are not urgent.

Agreed totally, I would like to add one line...

They are just showing to the hardcore fan that they are still committed to bb10, so wait till Dec. Chen is busy in making BlackBerry a Software Co. And Ciao

I don't think it will take that long but if it does it should push 10.3.4 well into 2017.
    Which is a good thing.
That would suggest to me that the maintenance team got an extension.

Don't you need more than one person to be a "team"?

I reckon the 10.3.3 delay suggests that the guy BB has doing BB10 maintenance needs some help.
