Do not talk rubbish without knowing the facts.. it's not BlackBerry having a delay but carriers as they do approve the release... but blame it on BlackBerry because it's easy to do...

It's a he said she said situation, Carriers blame BlackBerry, BlackBerry blame Carriers

All I know is that for a Global roll out it is a complete failure, too many users waiting for their updates, I'm on TMOBILE using a Z10 10.2 and don't tell me to use an Autoloader as I need WiFi calling

Why do people wait? Take a few minutes and do it yourselves. It's simple.

Download autoloader, unzip, plug in phone, and run. Done.

If you must, backup with Link before, and restore after - although a clean install is best.

In india mostly all phones are sold unlocked and I am giving up on blackberry. I don't think they care and will not be rolling out the update in india

I already gave all the instructions you need. Find the autoloader for your device in the first post from this thread:

If you do a clean install, it will take only a matter of minutes after you download to your PC. Then you setup your phone again.

10.3.2.2339 seems to be the most recent / stable OS to date, I would go with that one.

Its just a os bug in 10.3.1.1779.
Try checking once more when you're battery goes under 20 again your device show software update available. Ita a bug only
