Several users with this problem while installing the App on BBW. The negatively sorting at the store hastily. I'm having trouble, but I'm looking for a solution, since I've acquired a Passport and am satisfied. Can anyone help?

The message is "Failed to register" in the installation step that checks the code sent by SMS or phone call.

I've been trying for two days and nothing.

I know you've posted this to multiple threads, and I'm still catching up, so hopefully you'll see my reply.

It appears that you have enabled Two-Step Verification on your WhatsApp account, from within the Android app. As the BlackBerry 10 app does not support this feature, it cannot verify your account phone number.

The solution to this problem is to use the Android app to disable Two-Step Verification on your account (Settings -> Account -> Two-step verification -> Disable), then try installing the BlackBerry 10 app again.

Whatsapp on BlackBerry world still working fine on this end in all its features, so this. 'end of support' didn't literally mean it will cease to work on 30 June but until the next update or something?

Support is extended until December 31. Then it will cease to work.
