    I had the same problem and was advised by a member here to give WhatsApp full permission. So I went back to Settings > Security and Privacy > Application Permissions > Select WhatsApp and switch ON for everything. Then Back, and exit.

    I don't even have the option to change security/permissions through settings. Deleted. Re-installed. Nothing.

    Never mind. I was attempting to change the security through the Whatsapp app and not phone settings. Crisis averted. Thanks for the fix!

    Last question. When photos are sent by friends, do they open in the App or save to Albums I cannot find them. I click to download. It does. Nothing. Anyone having luck in this respect?

    If it is successfully downloaded, you will see a "View" next to the photo. That will bring up the viewer and this is within WhatsApp.

    The photos are saved in SD Card > Photos > WhatsApp folder.

    Go back to your Application Permissions and give Whatsapp full permission. I had the the same problem.

    Did you check through your Z10 or from the desktop browser? Btw you need to have OS version above 10.32 to install Whatsapp.

    You have to check also the settings of your Whatsapp via swipe down from top and tapping "settings">Media Settings. If you have not touched on this, then your pictures will be saved on the Device.

    Yes. I can successfully send (is that what you mean by post?) and receive photos to individuals. Haven't tried to groups.

    The one thing that does annoy me is not being able to turn off sound notification for group messages. It's either on or off for all messages.

    Hey marcati, everything is "On" in my application permissions but I'm still not getting any group chat notifications in the hub. Any other ideas?

    Try doing a full reboot of your phone and then refreshing both your contacts and favorites. It will take some time to refresh. Also check your application permissions to ensure everything is checked

    It is insane every time I refresh it leaves some contacts nameless and others with names again. Nd they are totally random it will just keep changing around!!!

    On whatsapp Go into contacts hit the right hand bottom corner and hit refresh contacts give it a few min a than go into favorites and bottom right hand corner and refresh contacts that will load up name and all contacts
