My younger cousin who has a Sony Experia Z2 called me and now I have the feature (didn't know until you told me that someone can call you and you can have it) saw her missed call on whatsapp. Should thank that little girl.

Ring tone is not customisable.
I don't open any messaging apps, I run everything through the Hub. But since calls where introduced WhatsCrap just opens itself.

I actually like the way they've separated it, and how when you tap on a logged call it let's you message or call again. Also interesting how they are taking advantage of the fact that they use phone numbers to allow you to automatically fall back to a regular telephone call if the other user does not have a version that supports calling.

So I guess that's one advantage of using phone numbers.

Got an OS update on my Z10 today and got the latest WhatsApp from BlackBerry World. I called my brother on his Z30 with WhatsApp, he also got the latest OS update today and latest WhatsApp from BlackBerry World.

There was a bit of lag during the calls and I can't find the setting to restrict the voice calls to WiFi only.

Got it too now on my Z30. It actually feels really pleasant to get the feature before iOS users!!!! And it is sufficiently rare that it deserves a mention!!! Thanks Whatsapp!

As long as your Whatsapp is up to date you will have the feature.
