I have tried all of them. So far I like 10.3.1.1154. I also have a STL100-2. It is good enough for everyday use.

What is best for me may not be best for you as we all use different types of BB10 phones and Apps. So do some searching is what You need to do.

I like to request 10.3.1.1154 and 969 radio...it's really nice performance and good battery life..i am using z10 STL100-2! Just in case make clean wipe and auto loaders...no any problems. Enjoy..

extract both files (radio and OS) into. Signed file.
Build an autoloader from both of signed file.
You can use that method with darcys or sachesi's tool

It makes no sense to download an autoloader with your phone. Switch off your Z10. Go to your PC or laptop, open crackberry.com in your PC/Laptop browser. Read the stickies in the Beta OS subforum. And then plan and prepare the update. If you do not have a Windows PC or Laptop available, switch your Z10 on again and enjoy your sunday evening. And keep enjoying your official OS as all this beta/leak stuff is clearly not suitable for you.

Even with the feedback don't listen to it too much. If loads of people are reporting bugs then your choice to load it or stay away but if it's mixed reviews you're only going to know how well it runs by testing it yourself.
