    I'm looking for total improvements. Such as perfect Android app support, perfect Bluetooth stability, just the perfect OS in general.

    Install 10.3.1.2708 or one of the other two newer. They're not technically leaks as they're all official OS'

    There is no perfect OS. Sorry. I feel the OS I'm on now is perfect for me but many will find issues. Everyone is different.

    If you want perfect, write your own.

    If you want the best available, one of the tail-end 10.3.1 releases should do. Try 10.3.1.2744.
