Picked up a Blackberry Porsche Design P9982 and looking to use it for music. Can anyone tell me a good music player for it?

I already have plenty of music so can just be a player rather than a download app.

I prefer the native player. Plays everything I have, easy to use and comes with the system.
What complaints would you have with it?

The stock players (audio and video) have very poor codec support and don't allow for network streaming - although they are otherwise pretty good. But I always used Neutron and KalemSoft.

OP is long gone, and this is an older thread.... not sure if some of these other apps are even accessible at this point.

But if your just putting it out there.... Might include info on it. How well it works, any issues, any features you think stand out over the native player, or any music players that can still be downloaded.

Personally, at this point I'd stick to native player and not go downloading stuff from unknown sources (especially those hosted in Russia).

Yeah, I always found the native player pretty good at least it had everything I needed. I'm not a massive audiophile, however.

I prefer native player and also Sony Music Player 9.3.10.A.07 (perhaps there's a newer, but i'm okay with this version) You can of course use volume buttons to skip tracks, pause etc.

I do miss the BB10 music player. Was straight forward and worked. I have the Neutron player on Key2 now and find it a lot more difficult lol. Sony music player on my old Xperia was also good.
