10.3.3.3216, in that neither of the above are guaranteed but at least there's some long-standing security holes plugged. But with the state of the platform, that's the best there is.

For the second half of your question, that's almost impossible. The runtime is stuck at Android 4.3 (and will be there forever), so, many android apps just won't run at all.

10.3.3.3216 has been vary stable for the little I still mess with BB10.

Android Apps and compatibility... you'll need to lower your expectations.

yeah but after a few mount after install, starts to crash for ex (hanging camera when start recording video, automatically flashlight turned off after a period of time even if battery is full , and .... )
