Mine is being able to minimalize the sidebar like in the Hub.
Open the sidebar with the hamburger icon and then swipe the message list to the left so only the icons stays visible on the sidebar.

    Let's hear yours!

In BBM tap on a chat then quickly swipe in from the left and you'll have an interesting row of icons up the side of the chat. Too bad you can't test it.

I always thought that was a feature, but I don't think that I ever figured out exactly how to do it! Thanks for the instructions, ha ha.

I can actually test this, but I couldn't reproduce it.

Thinking about it now I may have mis-remembered. Tap on chat, swipe in from left before the chat opens then if you go back the icons will be at the chats screen (it's really just the left menu not fully closing). Something like that.

Maybe you were using BBM in the Hub and it's the same thing that the OP pointed out?

I thought the Hub thing was a feature too lol. I literally never opened a BBM chat from the Hub, I was able to reproduce the same thing with the BBM side menu somehow.
My favorite bug might actually be the ability to bypass setup by setting the BB logo in the hotspot section as a contact picture.

I thought that was by design so we could just tap on the account icon to quickly switch back and forth.

edit: if it’s actually what I’m thinking of you don’t need to hit the hamburger menu, just drag the hub a little to the right and let go.

Not having that !@#%#@% round button on the front of the device - because it will be the only button you will ever need. How'd that one play out over time? lol.

Being able to actually transfer files to an sd-card way back at the beginning. Clearly that was a bug that was just recently introduced in iphone and android - well okay android only.

Can't work out whether this thread is about bugs or glitches (bad) or features (good).
Favourite features : hi quality build, uncluttered home screen, niche status, .. .., frankly too many to list. Just not owning an iPhone or a Samsung is bliss unconfined. Most of all, behaviour as a PC peripheral. I use my Z10 with SD to boot into Linux and work from there.
Worst bug: really just an irritation. Apart from annoying nags recently highlighted post-shutdown, I would like (1) to be able to e.g. sort a directory by Name Ascending in a single operation, not two; and (2) select all the files in a folder in a single operation rather than many individual dabs. Hardly world ending.
Now that ContactsImEx is recently available as a bar file the problem of efficiently saving Local Contacts has gone away but I just recently found that if you've got WhatsApp you can save all Local Contacts not just those that are in your WA phonebook i.e. WA users. Start WA then ContactsList then Settings then Contacts then Settings then Export and that saves the entire list, WA users or not.
If conversely (and also recently discovered) you want to Delete all Local Contacts as a prelude to making a fresh Phonebook then you don't need to achieve this tediously one by one. Just go into Device Monitor then PIM Services then Accounts then Hamburger then choose.
Sorry if all well known to all. Or boring. Or both.

Yes not great, but it can be done. At least on BB10, was easier i think on the Playbook though - especially with a bluetooth keyboard. Want me to tell you how? I'm guessing they thought this would be a read only spreadsheet with a few numbers (cells) being adjusted rather than creating a sheet from scratch with the inevitable shuffling round of sections, all from the phone. I'm betting that would have been improved. Was there ever a pdf book with docs-to-go to explain how it worked? The Playbook had a help file if i remember correctly - but i think it called home to blackberry for the help - so probably gone now?.

Lol, yes we "just" selected all rows under target row, cut, paste one row down. Pathetically painful when "old, obsolete, antiquated, etc" bbos dtg included a simple menue line for that. AND that menu was first letter shortcut from KB. FAR from building a new sheet. It's not like we were expecting something new.

How much data entry does ANYone do without wanting to insert a phreeking row? Lol. Especially a supposedly business oriented platform?? Ug.

I led my company's charge into first day Z10. Second day in my crew started referring to BB10 as "Barely Baked When?". Lol.

We complained vociferously about that LOSS of critical capability after migrating from a superbly functional bbos into "Barely Baked When?". Lol. Sadly, our "RIM Rep" (remember those?) evaporated before the gut punch. Lol.

We'd hoped for return of basic functionality with each version. Sadly, latest 10.3 never addressed. AFAIK.

No DTG didn't get an improvement in that. I don't know if the successor to DTG in BlackBerry dynamics portforlio (for android and ios secure managed ) did through BlackBerry Edit.

Lol, transition was much worse going from Dos applications to Windows 3.1 ones. They were horrific and hammered productivity, tons stopped working altogether - but they were pretty-ish (OS/2 was a solid if well kept secret lifeline for most DOS based applications back then). Lotus 123 for Dos being super productive, and excel super slow and clumsey. But the executives kept ordering them blithely unaware. Grant it excel grew in functionality with years, but for basic quick task easy macros, quick functions, nothing beat Lotus - because it was keyboard oriented and not mouse oriented like excel is (kind of like pkb equipped BlackBerrys are).

Oh yes. Recall the DOS 4.x Win3.0 transition WELL. Typical microshaft. Break something new with each fix. Job security for BG et AL? Lol.

Excel & Word demanded a great while challenging lotus & wordperfect PROVEN productivity.
