What do you mean by "lock for Passport keyboard"? If you mean that you want to be able to lock the device using the keyboard then you can already do so.

It also includes new browser certificates, a new anti-phishing feature in the browser and some new NFC toggles in Settings. This is already know for a long time now and you can see it for yourself in the current 10.3.3 dev build.
